How TripMaster handles your data
Effective date: May 10, 2026
Information we collect
We collect the account details you use to sign in, including your Google email, display name, and profile image when provided by Google. We also store the trips, saved places, uploaded images, itinerary settings, subscription status, payment records, and usage ledger events needed to operate the planner.
How we use information
We use your information to authenticate your account, save and load trips, enforce subscription limits, provide route planning features, estimate API usage costs, process subscription requests, and improve reliability and abuse prevention.
External services
TripMaster uses Google sign-in, Google Maps and Places services, currency-rate services, and payment gateway integrations such as Billplz. These providers may process request details according to their own policies. We proxy token-consuming map requests through our backend where possible to protect keys and enforce plan limits.
Security and retention
We apply access controls, CSRF protection, server-side feature enforcement, and API usage logging. We retain account and trip data while your account is active or as needed for legal, billing, security, and operational purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data by contacting the platform owner. Some billing and security records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate operational needs.
