Rules for using TripMaster
Effective date: May 10, 2026
Using the service
TripMaster helps users plan routes, save places, manage budgets, export itineraries, and use map-assisted trip planning tools. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for checking travel details before relying on an itinerary.
Subscriptions and limits
Plans may include limits for saved trips, places, images, itinerary days, monthly usage tokens, and premium features. We may block or restrict actions when a plan limit is reached, when a subscription is inactive, or when usage appears abusive.
Payments
Paid plans may be processed through a payment provider such as Billplz. Taxes, refunds, cancellations, renewal rules, and invoice requirements should be confirmed on the checkout or billing page when real payments are enabled.
Maps, routes, and third-party data
Map results, opening hours, travel times, photos, and currency rates may come from third-party services. These details can be incomplete or outdated, so you should verify critical travel information directly with the venue or provider.
User content
You keep ownership of trip notes, uploaded images, and itinerary content you add. You grant TripMaster permission to store, process, and display that content so the service can function.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass subscription limits, scrape API keys, overload the service, upload malicious files, or use the service in a way that disrupts other users or violates applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product, pricing, payment flow, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
